Cutlery items sold on this site are NOT toys. Cutlery is for sale only to adults who are at least 18 years of age. When you purchase such an item you attest that you are 18 or older. Some of these cutlery items are made to withstand functional use (for example, hunting knives), while others are purely intended for fanciful, display, and collecting purposes. Nevertheless, they are all potentially dangerous, and care must be taken in the use, handling, mounting, and storage of such weaponry. Misuse or carelessness can lead to severe injury or death. It is the buyer’s responsibility to exercise proper usage, control, and care. Also, it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine local, state, and federal laws pertaining to (or prohibiting) possession of this type of weaponry.
