In the world of Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time™, Heron Mark swords were given to those that had earned the title Blademaster—such warriors as had acquired supreme mastery in the art of swordsmanship, and had truly embraced the culture of the sword. Many Heron-mark swords were made using the One Power, and those blades never dulled nor degraded. All Heron-mark swords were a symbol of significant distinction and were crafted with unparalleled skill.

This sword is handmade by Windlass Steelcrafts, and while the smithies there did not have the One Power at their disposal, the hand-forged, high-carbon steel blade is quite tough, and the sword is extremely quick and well balanced. The pommel and guard are solid brass, and the wire-wrapped hilt is highly tactile and resistant to slipping. This sword does not come sharp. Includes scabbard.

Overall length: 42 inches. Blade: 32 inches long, 1-1/4 inches wide, 3/16-inch thick, high-carbon steel.
