Chuck's Wagon is dedicated to providing a high standard of customer service. If there is a problem with your shipment, or if you simply are not satisfied, we will take care of it.
You can return or exchange an order within 30 days. Shipping & handling is an expense and Chuck's Wagon generally will not reimburse that cost. However, in the case where a truly defective or damaged-in-shipping item is being exchanged, the item's return will be arranged and the replacement will be shipped out at our expense.
Returned items must be in their original condition (of course!)....Abused or "modified" items will be returned to the sender.
